PetFood Supply Return and Refund Policy

The happiness of you and your pets is the thing we cared about the most. We understand sometimes it just doesn't work ok. Don’t worry. You are always welcome to return the product to us!

Items must be returned within 30 days after your purchase date.
Returned items need to be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging for change of mind, and ordered incorrect item/s.
Sale items or with the use of a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.
PetFood Supply will cover any shipping costs when you received the wrong item/s, faulty item/s, or damaged item/s in transit. For all other reasons for return, the customers need to pay for the shipping costs.
Short-term sale items can’t be returned or refunded.
